DARK/ BITTER CHOCALATE

Dark in colour, Bitter in taste, known as dark chocolate & liked by the youngster today for its intense flavor.

LIGHT/ SWEET/ MILK CHOCOLATE

Light in colour, sweet in taste known by different names. Excellent for kids or sweet lovers. More sensitive to heat.

WHITE CHOCOLATE

White in colour sweetest in taste used as a contrast or decoration.

MOULD

Chocolate moulds come in great variety. The cost varies from Rs. 50 to Rs. 1800. Depending upon the usage you can choose them. The plastic mould is cheep but the imported mould is quite expansive and long lasting.
